Internship Packaging Activity

What you´ll do

• Do pallet analysis, approve artworks and handle SAP transactions for packaging materials and zBOM maintenance
• Ensure data quality
• Solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment
• Execute tasks relating to administrative support
• Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone or email, initiate action and assess issue urgency
• Manage leadership's calendar and paperwork, ensure timelines and completeness
• Coordinate meetings and create agendas, records and meeting minutes

What makes you a good fit

• University student in engineering, packaging technology or business administration
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of packaging master data creation and maintenance in SAP (TSP, UoM, zBOM) is a plus
• Basic experience with pallet schemes, stackability and UoM accuracy
• Process‑oriented mindset, organization, attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Stakeholder management in a cross‑functional and fast‑paced environment
• Availability as of July 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
