Market Director, Europe - Consumer Electronics

We are looking for an experienced Europe Market Director to lead and scale market growth across Europe in the consumer technology / smart hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European market growth strategy , including revenue targets, market share expansion, and regional go-to-market plans

• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across key European countries and identify new growth opportunities

• Develop and implement product launch strategies tailored to European consumer markets

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key industry stakeholders

• Oversee regional brand strategy and marketing initiatives , including digital campaigns, social media, and localized marketing activities

• Identify and develop KOL and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility in European markets

• Establish and lead the European regional team , including sales, marketing, and operations functions

• Collaborate closely with global teams to align on product strategy, pricing, and commercial priorities

• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine regional strategy

• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related technology industries

• 5+ years of experience in a regional leadership role managing European markets

• Proven experience building or scaling markets from early stage to growth phase (0 1 or 1 N)

• Strong understanding of European consumer behavior, retail channels, and technology ecosystem

• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills

• Fluent in English

Salary: €90,000 – €125,000 per year
