Internship R&D Packaging Sustainability

What you´ll do

• Support on packaging development and sustainability related topics
• Active involvement in the research and development of global packaging innovation contributing to Henkel's sustainability targets
• Own set of responsibilities for a specific project and development of concepts and packaging ideas
• Project related support in supplier screening, market analysis and packaging proposals and preparation of management reports
• Tests running in our packaging lab
• Support on day-to-day work in R&D packaging sustainability

What makes you a good fit

• Student who is pursuing a bachelor or master degree in the field of packaging, mechanical or plastic engineering
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded team-player with high level of independence
• Availability as of July 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
