Marketing Specialist Central Europe (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts related to communication of company products which helps drive brand visibility, product sales and customer retention. Coordinate our product-related and social media communications to consumers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Support the substantial growth of the company in new markets such as Benelux and the UK.

• Media Campaigns: Develop the media plans and launch campaigns in collaboration with media agencies and manage creative agencies to produce all required assets.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital presence on all owned social media channel (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) to drive brand awareness and preference.
• Product Marketing: Plan, orchestrate and execute product launches and marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing management.
• Channel Marketing: Implement A+ content on leading e-tailer pages and develop POS solutions for electronics retailers and do-it-yourself chain stores.
• Collateral Marketing: product-related materials that inform/educate prospective and current customers, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, presentations, letters, e- mails, web pages, newsletters, social media or other materials for assigned target areas.
• Agency Management: Create briefings, ensure a high-quality project management and reporting

Your profile

• An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Marketing or related discipline; or in the absence of a degree, directly related job experience.
• At least 3-4 years of digital marketing or product marketing experience with a focus on marketing communication, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
• Strong experience within the marketing discipline includes technical, web, and experience with social media.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing skills are required, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and English both spoken and written. Dutch is a big plus. French is a plus .
