CRM & Loyalty Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Membership & Loyalty Program Operations 

• Membership Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow the loyalty program subscriber base through on-site sign-up optimization, targeted campaigns, and referral programs.
• Member Engagement & Rewards Management: Plan and launch member exclusive promotions and events; design and manage the loyalty points system and tier-based rewards structure to drive repeat purchases and long-term engagement.

• Campaign & Flow Operations: Manage and optimize automated email flows as well as high-volume manual campaigns including promotional newsletters, product launches, and seasonal promotions across all owned channels.
• Testing & Audience Segmentation: Continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, creative assets, send times, and CTAs; develop highly targeted customer segments based on shopping behavior, purchase history, membership tier, and app activity to deliver personalized content at scale.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales and Performance Marketing teams to align CRM and email marketing activities with business and customer needs, drive lead engagement and conversion, and ensure a consistent customer journey across channels.

• Website Marketing Placements: Manage and optimize on-site marketing assets on the brand website to maximize conversion and campaign visibility.
• App Marketing Placements: Coordinate in-app marketing resource slots, ensuring consistent messaging and visual alignment with overall campaign calendars.
• Push Notifications & In-App Messaging: Plan, execute, and A/B test app push notifications and in-app pop-ups to drive re-engagement, feature adoption, and promotional awareness.

Your Profile:

• Proven Experience: Several years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce or D2C environment, with a demonstrated track record of scaling direct sales and customer retention.
• Holistic E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital retail ecosystem, including Shopify operations, loyalty/membership platforms, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and similar platforms.
• App & Web Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing in-app and on-site marketing placements, push notifications, and in-app messaging campaigns.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A strong passion for understanding consumer behavior and crafting personalized, meaningful brand experiences across all touchpoints.
• Analytical Proficiency: Excellent ability to interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo to make informed, strategic business decisions. Comfortable with segmentation logic, cohort analysis, and CLV modeling.
• Self-Motivated & Resilient: A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives independently. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in English and German.
