Your responsibilities

• You will manage your individual trading portfolios and run proprietary trading strategies across power, gas, coal and carbon
• Interact closely with analysts to develop successful trading strategies and trading ideas
• Manage a close relation to your colleagues working in the risk functions
• Developing and expanding data let decision-making

Your profile

• Relevant economic or finance degree or similar qualification
• Experience in trading EUAs and the Continental power markets as well as trading other commodities, with experience as a Senior Trader
• A proven track record of profitable active proprietary trading
• Trading experience from being employed in international trading houses, banks or major utilities with a focus on news driven trading activities, less flow trading
• Detailed knowledge about the fundamental specifications of the EUA and German power market
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timing deadlines, strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English
