In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and manage our engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, execution, and operational excellence.
• Develop and grow your team members.
• Continuously optimize workflows, structures, and collaboration within the team to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Introduce, adapt, and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery.
• Plan and prioritize work together with the team, translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments.
• Manage stakeholders across the organization and ensure optimal planning, alignment, and an effective operating environment for your team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field-or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams, or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility.
• A strong problem‑solving and execution‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Background in aerospace and defence.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
