We are looking for a motivated Junior Sustainability Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join us in Düsseldorf. The focus of this role is communication, ESG ratings and campaign development – with the goal of raising awareness of sustainability across GEA: internally among more than 18,000 employees and externally among customers and other stakeholders. Your responsabilities: Managing and improving sustainability ratings: Coordinate and support ESG rating activities (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP) Analyze trends, requirements, and optimization opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders Communicating sustainability internally and externally: Develop and implement communication and marketing campaigns in collaboration with departments or GEA divisions Design impactful internal formats that make sustainability tangible for more than 18,000 employees worldwide Write and manage content for the website and intranet Collaborate with internal communication channels such as the intranet, internal news, town halls, and global programs (e.g., trainings, events) Further developing strategic communication: Create value propositions aligned with regulatory and market-specific sustainability trends Translate complex topics into audience-specific formats – visually, textually, and digitally
