Junior Sustainability Manager Content Creation and Training (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Work closely with various departments to translate sustainability messaging for broader corporate communications and to ensure messages are aligned, relevant, and create positive impact
• Create various content formats to develop, support and execute strategic communication plans for sustainability initiatives, including internal and external campaigns
• Support the creation of sustainability publications to communicate progress on ESG
• Develop and further implement training materials to promote sustainability awareness and best practices within the organization
• Update sustainability content on the Henkel website, in particular regarding the annual progress from yearly reporting
• Develop a quarterly newsletter for sustainability teams including input from various stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

• Master degree in ESG Management, Environmental Policy or Natural Sciences
• First experience in ESG Management, and/or Sustainability Upskilling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into target-oriented messages
• A strong interest in driving meaningful change through environmental and social initiatives.
• Very good German and English language skills
