Your Mission:
As part of our global ERP rollout we are looking for motivated support in the Project Management Office (PMO) to help ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA worldwide. The PMO plays a central role in managing and assuring the quality of the project ensuring smooth communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO team in planning coordinating and monitoring project activities within the global ERP rollout

• Assist in resource management including the administration of access rights and user permissions related to the ERP rollout

• Contribute to organizational tasks within the program environment such as planning and coordinating internal events workshops and meetings

• Prepare and document PMO-relevant topics in a structured manner to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the project

• Prepare and follow up on meetings including task tracking

• Support communication with international stakeholders

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business (Business) Informatics Project Management or a comparable field

• Initial experience in project management or with ERP systems is a plus

• Structured and independent working style

• Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills in both German and English

• Team player with initiative and strong organizational skills
