To support our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager who will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Tasks

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, castings, and travel arrangements
• Assist and support with documents for our models such as visas, working permissions, contracts
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking
• Assist the booking team with organizational and logistical tasks
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Interest in the fashion or modeling industry is an advantage
• English and German
