Job Title:  Senior Open Market Sales Manager- B2C (m/f/d)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market trends in CE channels to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to CE channels. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market presence in the sales channels and drive revenue growth.
• Identify market opportunities and set clear targets. Monitor sales metrics and ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate yearly contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to secure strategic partnership and optimize sales performance.
• Work closely with other internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail etc.) to design and execute product launch, or other promotions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management, and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Proven experience in B2C sales;
• Experience with channel/operator sales would be an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and project management;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent oral and written English skills;
• Highly motivated with strong resilience and a proactive working attitude.
