We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoAs a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Areas you will work in a growing global team, providing industry and functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory.You will support Tech due diligences and translate technology assessments into clear, investment-relevant insights, quantifying risks, required transformation efforts, and post-deal value creation levers for clients. Your work will include developing benchmarks, conducting surveys and assessing market competitors, products, and tech organizations. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will support commercialization efforts, working in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.Additionally, as a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business as well as manage unique BCG offerings developed by the team for top BCG clients such as Code Scans and Tech Surveys.Beyond content, your role will require independently managing your own workstreams, building strong working relationships with Managers and Principals, and helping case teams navigate BCG’s internal landscape to access the right experts, tools, and resources.YOU'RE GOOD ATSolving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches at the intersection of Principal Investors & Private Equity and TechCommunicating with case teams and stakeholders, in a credible and confident wayWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of workingBeing flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideasBuilding strong relationships with senior consulting team members, acting as a proactive and trusted thought partnerDriving your own work forward independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelinesGrasping key concepts in technology and software development, and applying them effectively in the day-to-day workNavigating complexity, ambiguity, and unfamiliar topics with confidenceWhat You'll Bring2+ years of consulting experience required; candidates with consulting experience in Private Equity or IT/Tech background strongly preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years of hands-on experience in an IT/Tech function (e.g., IT management function, software development, product management, engineering) or in Private Equity is required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in EnglishStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWho You'll Work WithAs a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, focused Tech in Principal Investors & Private Equity, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
