(Senior) Manager Innovation Controlling (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Drive performance monitoring and evaluation of global innovation portfolio for Henkel Consumer Brands, providing fact-based insights to senior leadership
• Ensure governance, and continuous enhancement of global Innovation Controlling frameworks, including business case standards, and post-launch performance evaluation methodologies for Henkel Consumer Brands
• Acts as a key integrator across functions (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D), ensuring alignment and driving cross-functional decision transparency in Innovation Controlling related matters
• Leads and delivers strategic initiatives, improving data quality, efficiency, and comparability of innovation projects and results
• Initiate process improvements and automation within Innovation Controlling workflows

What makes you a good fit

• Top class university degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on Finance / Controlling, Marketing experience is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, familiarity with BI tools is expected
• Collaborative personality with distinct “can do” attitude and willingness to achieve paired with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proactivity, ability to work cross-functionally and present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Very good English language skills, preferrable international experience during education or professional life
