Internship Executive Assistance CEO

What you´ll do

• Create qualitative content, from executive summaries to keynote speeches
• Shape and contribute to various actions bringing our Purposeful Growth Agenda to life
• Support our team in creating a holistic CEO positioning by conceptualizing a wide range of initiatives and communication measures
• Support decision making processes by preparing presentations and briefings as well as creating preparatory documents for external board and committee meetings
• Grow within a highly motivated team with numerous interfaces inside the organization as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel
• Become the mentee of one of our managers and receive continuous feedback to further develop your skills

What makes you a good fit

• Student in the process of completing a business-related bachelor or master degree
• Relevant experiences e.g., international experience and ideally a previous internship in corporate strategy, a leading strategy consultancy or the communication department of a large corporation
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Open, proactive, and creative mindset as well as enthusiasm, diligence, and reliability
• Strong communication skills and affinity for strategic conception and content creation
• Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player with an eagerness to learn
• Internship duration is up to 6 months starting April/May 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
