As the Product Marketing Lead – Women’s at C&A, you will drive the marketing strategy for the Women’s category, bridging product and marketing teams to create compelling product narratives, seasonal storytelling, and effective go-to-market strategies that enhance engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. Leading a team of Product Marketing Managers for Men’s and Kids', you will ensure a unified, customer-focused marketing approach across all categories.
Your responsibilities
- Leading product marketing strategy and execution for the Women's category, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Functional lead of Product Marketing: Managing and mentoring Product Marketing Managers for the Men’s and Kids’ categories, ensuring consistency and best practices across all categories
- Collaborating with range, marketing, campaign, and creative teams to develop compelling product storytelling and go-to-market strategies
- Driving consumer engagement through insights-driven marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies based on performance analysis
- Aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize brand impact and sales
What you bring
- 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or category marketing, preferably in fashion retail
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Expertise in consumer insights, storytelling, and trend-driven marketing
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience working with omni-channel retail environments, including eCommerce and brick-and-mortar
- Good command of spoken & written English
