THE POSITION

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our IT systems ensuring smooth operations across our hotels.

Odyssey Hotel Group is rapidly expanding and this means plenty of opportunities to optimize and innovate. AI cloud migration and automation in ERP POS/PMS and CRM tools are just some of the exciting areas where you can make an impact. Job requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel and headquarter staff.

• Manage and resolve IT incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

• Monitor hardware software and system performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize service levels and incident management processes.

• Participate in innovative projects including AI integration and cloud migration.

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BRING

• A degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Windows Server Azure PMS/POS software (preferred) and ticketing systems.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• A passion for travel and willingness to work flexible hours.

• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.

• B2 level in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).
