What you´ll do

• Independently manage your own market research project from scoping to final presentation, with support from the team
• Conduct and support both quantitative and qualitative market research studies, including ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders
• Monitor external market data, analyse consumer behaviour and identify emerging trends using syndicated data tools and social media listening platforms
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product innovation and marketing
• Collaborate closely with international marketing teams to support decision-making across product development and communication
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and insight dashboards for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Work on meta-analyses and examine consumer usage and attitudes to uncover patterns and guide strategic initiatives

What makes you a good fit

• Student (d/f/m) with focus on market research, marketing or business studies
• Ideally, previous experience or academic background in market research, consumer insights, marketing, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a genuine interest in understanding consumers
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to visualize data effectively
• Proactive, self-driven, and a collaborative team player with a structured working style
• Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and excited to contribute to the success of our hair brands
• Availability as of August or September for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
