Internship Packaging Development Digitalization

What you´ll do

• Support the setup and structuring of a team collaboration platform, e.g. SharePoint
• Analyze existing information flows and document structures within the team
• Design and implement logical folder structures and libraries
• Support the creation of team pages, guidelines and templates
• Assist in defining naming conventions, access rights and version control rules
• Migrate and organize existing documents into the new platform and ensure user-friendly navigation and searchability of information
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and collect feedback
• Create simple user documentation and best-practice guides

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled student in business administration, information management, IT, engineering, or a related field
• Interest in digital collaboration tools and document management
• Very good written and spoken English language skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
• Structured, organized and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
