For our exciting Headquaters in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a HR Intern (m/f/x)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Supporting the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process – from job posting and screening to conducting interviews
• Support the HR team in implementing a new time tracking tool – from collecting data, preparing reports to setting up new guidelines
• Taking on the organization and management of administrative HR tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

• successfully completed at least the first four semesters of a relevant study program (., business administration, human resources management, psychology)
• in a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degree
• gained some initial experience in HR or recruiting
• a precise, structured, and independent way of working and strong (self-) organizational skills
• basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• a team player, have strong communication skills, and can communicate fluently in German and English
