Your responsibilities
Assisting with the coordination and execution of Corporate Technology (CorpTech) projects, including documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Supporting the development and delivery of internal training materials and enablement content for digital tools and platforms.
Helping to manage internal knowledge-sharing sessions, such as walk-in clinics and team briefings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights that inform continuous improvement of internal IT services.
Contributing to the organization and tracking of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
Your profile
Strong communication skills – You enjoy working with people, can explain things clearly, and are comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
Structured and proactive mindset – You’re organized, take initiative, and like to keep track of tasks and timelines.
Interest in corporate IT or digital transformation – You’re studying a relevant field (e.g. Business, IT, Communication, or similar) and want to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
Fluency in English and German – You can communicate effectively in an international team setting.
Availability for at least 12–20 hours per week – You’re enrolled at a university and can commit to a regular working student schedule.
