Internship Global Strategic Sales & Channel Excellence

What you´ll do

• Contribute to the rollout and implementation of a new CRM system cross-strategic business units with a focus on project management
• Work in a global, cross-functional environment with exposure to international business practices
• Support strategic functional projects on an ad-hoc basis, possibly including key strategic initiatives
• Interact with stakeholders  across regions and functions at various management levels
• Create and analyse weekly and monthly reports and run initiatives to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic communication e.g. in townhalls, workshops, surveys
• Coordinate workshops and team events e.g. quarterly dinners, team building etc.

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled (master’s) student in business administration, international management, sales or a related field
• First experience through previous internships or projects in sales, strategy, consulting, or project management is preferred, along with a strong interest in sales excellence and strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Self-motivated, result-oriented, and dedicated team-player
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with knowledge of Power BI considered a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and contribute ideas, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
• Availability as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
