The Team - your impact

Join E.ON's Retail team and help connect regions while driving our IT strategy. Our team paves the way for digital excellence in energy retail, building a strong foundation for digital product development-from planning and architecture to communication and governance. By linking strategy with execution, our Digitalization Office enables the entire unit to deliver sustainable and impactful digital solutions. You'll work with the Technology Pathfinder for Core to set the direction, guardrails, and reusable patterns that help regional teams deliver secure and stable Core and Billing Platforms at speed.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Leading the architecture discussion for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail Segment
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical designs
• Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environments
• Guiding and supporting project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
• Ensuring solutions align with E.ON's business goals, compliance policies, and security standards
• Fostering collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (f/m/d) with expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Kraken, etc.
• Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and how to map them to technology solutions
• Experience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce
• Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or solution architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator (f/m/d) across varying organizational maturity; fluent English skills
