Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the operational handling of Product Master Data quality issues
• Collaborate with business teams to investigate and resolve data quality issues
• Identify root causes and support the definition of validation rules to prevent recurring errors
• Assist in improving and documenting Data Governance processes and roles
• Support training and enablement activities for business teams, including Jira ticket management
• Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to identify data quality gaps, enabling the Data Governance team to establish appropriate governance policies and frameworks
• Contribute to Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Interest in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management
• Exposure to product or master data, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Available for a full-time internship of six months' duration
