Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their business in Germany .

Responsibility:

• Collaboration: Partner with experienced business and management teams to clarify and define requirements.
  

• Data Management: Manage data preprocessing, modeling, ensuring data-driven insights, and maintaining secure data environments.
  

• Reporting: Design and maintain reporting systems, including tools like Power BI and Tableau for enhanced visualization.
  

• Document Control: Organize project documentation, update business requirements in real-time, and improve data and dashboard quality.
  

• Forecast Coordination: Lead monthly regional business forecasting sessions, coordinate outcomes, and create executive dashboards.
  

• Intercultural Communication: Facilitate communication in both Chinese and English, bridging the gap between global teams.
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a focus on business analysis and data-driven decision support.
  

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or business analysis or in relating field
  

• Understand Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, database development, python, strong database script programming ability, strong storage process writing ability;
  

• Understand ERP and BI analysis concepts and practical experience
  

• Familiarity with BI projects, development experience with data warehouse and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Mendix, Fine Report) is preferred;
  

• Familiarity with big data architecture and systemized applications;
  

• Have strong communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English, with good teamwork capability
  

• Language Requirement: Mandarin, English
