(Senior) Data Analyst - (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial & Marketplace Analytics team within our EMEA Marketing Data & Analytics function. In this role, you will partner with our Commercial Solutions team to deliver impactful analyses, scalable dashboards, and data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making across the business.

Job Description

• Design and maintain scalable dashboards that empower the Commercial Solutions team to make faster, data-driven decisions around pricing and commercial product performance
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends and drivers, providing actionable insights to optimize product offerings and business performance
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to assist in building and maintaining predictive models
• Automate analytical workflows to improve efficiency and ensure consistent data quality
• Partner with commercial stakeholders (Commercial Solutions, Commercial Ops) and technical teams (Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product) to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions

Qualifications

• You have a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
• You have 3+ years relevant full-time experience in an analytical role, ideally in a commercial or pricing-focused environment
• You can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You have hands-on experience using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to process and analyse data
• Experience working with data modelling and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow) and AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) is a plus
