Solution Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Engineer with a strong engineering background, solid understanding of AI, customer-facing communication skills, and strong business execution capability. This role sits within the Marketing Department and will be deeply involved in marketing support, customer AI solution design and deployment, as well as business operations.

The candidate will serve as a key bridge between the company's technical capabilities and customer needs, supporting marketing and sales teams in understanding customer scenarios, designing practical AI / Physical AI solutions, and driving projects from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Support

1. Support industry research, customer needs analysis, competitor analysis, and market trend insights.
2. Assist in preparing marketing materials, solution white papers, product introductions, customer case studies, presentation decks, and demo materials.
3. Work with marketing and sales teams on customer meetings, exhibitions, roadshows, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
4. Translate the company's technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for customers.
5. Collect customer feedback and help internal product, technical, and marketing teams continuously improve solutions.

• Customer AI Solution Design and Deployment

1. Understand customer business scenarios and analyze their needs in intelligence, automation, robotics, and AI applications.
2. Assist in designing AI / Physical AI / embodied intelligence solutions for customers.
3. Support solution architecture design, technical feasibility analysis, solution documentation, and implementation planning.
4. Coordinate with internal R&D, product, engineering, and project teams to drive customer solution deployment and delivery.
5. Participate in PoC projects, pilot programs, customer testing, and on-site deployment support.
6. Track implementation results and help customers resolve issues during deployment and usage.

• Business Operations Support

1. Support cross-functional business processes across marketing, sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
2. Assist in organizing customer requirements, project progress, sales leads, partnership opportunities, and business data.
3. Support project management, material preparation, and internal coordination for global business expansion.
4. Contribute to the development of business operation mechanisms to improve team collaboration and execution quality.
5. Take on other responsibilities related to marketing, solutions, and business operations as required by company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's degree preferred.
• Background in IT, artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, computer science, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic AI principles, AI system design methods, and related application scenarios.
• Strong interest in Physical AI, embodied intelligence, robotics, and intelligent automation.
• Strong logical thinking, learning ability, documentation skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into practical solutions.
• Strong execution capability, sense of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork spirit.
• Hardworking, self-driven, and willing to grow quickly in a fast-paced international startup environment.
• Engineering, technical, AI, robotics, automation, or IT-related internship experience is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural and cross-time-zone environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, robotics, automation systems, industrial software, smart manufacturing, or enterprise solution projects.
• Experience in customer communication, pre-sales support, solution design, technical consulting, or project delivery.
• Familiarity with common AI tools, machine learning frameworks, robotics systems, or cloud deployment processes.
• Strong ability to prepare presentation decks, solution documents, technical descriptions, and customer-facing materials.
• Overseas study, work experience, or experience collaborating with international teams is a plus.
