Manager Deployment & Value Europe (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Screen trends in regional markets regarding the Digital Business Model
• Propose new Digital Business Models to focus on drive development of digital business models to market-ready products
• Ensure close collaboration with Business and DIO on digital strategy
• Implement project strategy within Digital Business Model regionally
• Act as a connecting link between global and regions
• Implement digital tools and technologies to streamline supply chain processes, such as inventory management systems
• Evaluate and select vendors and technology partners to provide digital solutions
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools regionally

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Digital Business & Innovation
• 5 years of relevant work experience in Digital or Operational Excellence
• Expertise in production processes & digitalization (lean management, shopfloor operations, IoT, MES, ERP, AI/ML, automation, digital tools)
• Strong project management & data literacy (agile & traditional methods, budgeting, data-driven decision-making)
• Fluent English skills
