About this Position

The Corporate Senior HR Business Partner CA, CC, CL, CS & CV is a key member of Henkel’s Corporate HR organization, partnering closely with senior leadership across the Global Functions (CA, CC, CL, CS & CV). In this role, they provide strategic HR guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent, and transformation priorities, helping shape business decisions and enable sustainable long-term success.

What you´ll do

• Act as trusted advisor to Function leadership, aligning HR strategy with business priorities and driving workforce planning & organizational design
• Translate Business and HR strategies into targeted people and organizational priorities, ensuring effective execution and sustainable capability building
• Lead talent management and succession planning for leadership populations, strengthening a high-performance culture
• Drive organizational transformation and actively support the implementation and embedding of the AHEAD framework across Functions, ensuring sustainable adoption and business impact
• Shape and continuously optimize organizational structures, governance models, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, accountability, and global consistency
• Ensure consistent HR governance, advise on complex employee topics, and mitigate risks in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance
• Leverage HR analytics and support performance & reward alignment to enable data-driven decision-making
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Significant experience (8+ years) as HR Business Partner in a global, corporate environment or similar experience
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Strong ability to operate at senior leadership level -> advice and coach
• High business acumen combined with analytical capabilities
• Solid understanding of global HR practices, governance, and labor law frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; Fluency in German is a plus
