Job Title: Service Solution Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Align with headquarters on service solutions and sales strategies.

• Support country teams in project bidding and proposal development.

• Collaborate with country service managers on sales solutions and service offerings.

• Communicate with partners regarding service scope of work and solution design.

• Deliver training to regional and country service teams.

Requirements:

• Educational background in engineering, technology, business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Additional European language(s) are considered an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Experience in project support and coordination or management.

• Basic product knowledge in photovoltaic (PV), data center, or battery energy storage systems (BESS) is an advantage.

• Understanding of service operations is preferred.

• Good planning and organizational skills.

• Initial professional experience in a relevant field.
