Key Account Manager - Joybuy (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

We continue to grow and are looking for a Key Account Manager – JOYBUY European Account (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Düsseldorf.

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany | Scope: JOYBUY European Account

What you will do

• Own the JOYBUY European account end-to-end: revenue and profitability; set and deliver quarterly and annual sales, assortment, pricing and margin plans.
• Build the account strategy and joint business plan: identify growth opportunities, expand product listings and strengthen ECOVACS’ position across relevant European markets.
• Forecasting, stock and sell-out management: build monthly demand plans on a rolling six-month basis; monitor stock, sell-in and sell-out; create action plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Pricing, promotions and compliance: develop promotional calendars, manage pricing architecture and ensure alignment with European commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Data-driven growth and reporting: analyse sales, traffic, conversion, assortment and campaign performance; prepare regular business reviews and clear recommendations.
• Negotiate and influence: lead annual negotiations and business reviews with JOYBUY; agree commercial terms, marketing investments, service levels and growth commitments.
• Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Service teams to ensure reliable launches and account performance.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management with strong focus on e-commerce sales or marketplace management, ideally within consumer electronics, smart home, appliances or a related category.
• Proven experience managing a major European e-commerce, retail or marketplace account with responsibility for revenue, profitability and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding, including forecasting, stock management, product listings, promotions, order fulfilment, returns and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate account data into clear commercial actions and growth plans.
• Excellent English, written and verbal; Chinese is highly valued, and another European language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field; experience in consumer electronics is highly valued.
