Office Manager
Tomorrow’s Another Day is a modern and innovative leading modeling agency representing diverse talent across fashion, commercial, and creative industries. We are passionate about shaping the future of talent and fostering strong relationships with our clients and models. To support our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager who will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our dynamic work environment.
Tasks
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, castings, and travel arrangements
- Assist and support with documents for our models such as visas, working permissions, contracts
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Assist the booking team with organizational and logistical tasks
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Interest in the fashion or modeling industry is an advantage
- English and German
