Head of Global Hygiene (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Leading the development and execution of a holistic global Hygiene Management strategy
• Creating an environment for sharing best practices and lessons learned among Henkel sites
• Create and drive implementation of the holistic Hygiene Management Strategy and related Programs together with the relevant Global, Regional and Local Stakeholders
• Provide and receive performance feedback, co-ordinate improvement needs and agree priorities
• Drive corrective and preventive action programs globally in partnership with relevant functions
• Close the gap in our ability to consistently meet the hygiene requirements
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements for hygiene management of the sites
• Developing Henkel's hygiene capabilities to meet the expectations of new and existing markets, including skills and capability building trainings

What makes you a good fit

• Master degree in Microbiology is preferable or related field such as Quality, Chemistry, other Sciences, Engineering or Manufacturing
• At least 7 years experience of working in microbiological laboratories and practical applied microbiology in factory environments
• Experience managing Hygiene in regional or global set up in Henkel Consumer Brands
• Comfortable and adept at operating in a matrix management structure with direct and indirect relationships
• Resilience, curiosity, and “doer” mentality paired with leadership skills
• Travel ability of 50% globally
• Fluent English skills
