Position Title Retail Material Management Specialist Position Type Fixed-term employment Start Date ASAP Duration 12 months Location Dusseldorf, Germany Contact: Minghui Han | +49 1721401062 Responsibilities: Responsible for each country BTL (Below-the-line) materials (new products innovation props, position furniture, gift, workwear, etc.) demand docking, shipping, logistics follow-up. Responsible for local production materials sampling, production and delivery follow-up. Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate documentation to support efficient production processes. Responsible for local supplier management, effectively planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of materials, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. 2 years and above material management or acquisition work experience, with priority given to international import and export trade, transportation, customs clearance, and other relevant experience. Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in German is a plus. Good communication and collaboration competence. Good office software (PPT, EXCEL), IT system usage and data analysis competence. Superb communication and collaboration capabilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
