Internship Global Consumer & Craftsmen Insights

What you´ll do

• Active involvement in research on consumers and shoppers (B2C and B2B) for Henkel´s Adhesives business unit
• Analysis of consumer and shopper research results to identify fresh insights into different topics and categories
• Gain in-depth consumer and shopper understanding and support creating insightful reports for international marketing and sales
• Analyses of retailer panel data to optimize marketing mix
• Develop skillset on in-house tools for E-commerce testing as well as AI toolbox
• Active involvement in cross department projects together with marketing, R&D and sales
• Supporting insight and innovation workshops together with international marketing teams
• Developing a future oriented and consumer centric mindset in our business through proactive contribution of fresh insights for the innovation pipeline

What makes you a good fit

• Student that has successfully passed first semesters of business-related or market research studies
• Relevant international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad
• Fluent German and English language skills preferred, English language is required
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded team-player with high level of independence and strong willingness to learn
• Values driven and eager to make an impact
• Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
