We're looking for you as: AI-Powered Product & Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Heilbronn | remote | Full-time This is where you work with precision:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing tempmate offerings in close collaboration with the Product team. Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, USPs, and buyer personas based on market and competitive insights. Create high-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, demo scripts) using AI tools for speed and quality. Own and continuously optimize the tempmate website end-to-end with the external agency (CMS workflows, UX, SEO, and conversion performance). Build and scale digital content and campaigns across channels (landing pages, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn, email), including an editorial calendar and localization.
These skills will make you a great addition to our team:

Several years of experience in B2B product/content, ideally in SaaS/IoT/tech hardware or supply chain/cold chain.
Hands-on, daily mastery of AI tools to produce high-quality marketing output efficiently (core requirement).
Website ownership experience: able to build/manage and optimize sites with no-code/low-code + AI, incl. WordPress (or similar CMS).
Go-to-market experience: proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and support product launches.
Strong communication + autonomous execution: excellent English, strong project management/self-organization in a lean, fast-moving team.
