We own the end-to-end recruiting process for consulting talent—from application to contract signature—and play a key role in achieving our hiring ambitions by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOROwning the end-to-end candidate journey for consulting candidates, from application through interview process and offer management to post-offer engagementDriving operational excellence by optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and tools while continuously enhancing the candidate experienceProviding operational expertise and insights by preparing KPI-based reports, supporting decision-making, and serving as a trusted sparring partnerTaking end-to-end ownership of special projects, strategic initiatives, and short-term analyses that round off your portfolio of tasksWhat You'll BringYou have a (technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business psychology.Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus.You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.YOU’RE GOOD ATYou are open-minded, enjoy interacting with people, and know how to get candidates excited about BCG.
