With a strong focus on innovation, we invite you to create memorable experiences for our guests while embarking on your own journey of discovery and growth Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Hotel Manager (m/w/d) will have overall responsibility for the successful operational and commercial management of INNSiDE Düsseldorf Hafen. The role includes:

• Leading and overseeing all hotel operations, including the planning, coordination, management and performance analysis of all departments.
• Taking responsibility for the hotel’s operational and financial performance, ensuring that business objectives, budgets and key performance indicators are achieved.
• Leading, developing and inspiring the hotel’s management team and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture.
• Ensuring consistently high standards of guest experience, service quality, productivity and operational excellence.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of Meliá Hotels International’s policies, procedures and brand standards in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Representing the hotel internally and externally and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and the local community.

What Are We Looking For?

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Hotel Manager or Resident Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations.
• Strong host/hostess profile, with the ability to be highly visible within the operation and maintain a strong guest-oriented approach.
• Good knwdge of the F&B area it would be an asset
• Good connections with the local lifestyle community of Düsseldorf is a must
• University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Functional knowledge of all hotel departments and operational areas.
• Proactive, adaptable, innovative professional with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Able to reside in the area of Düsseldorf

Compensation package offered: Approximately €70,000 gross per year (depending on the candidate’s fit with the role requirements), plus a 20% performance-based bonus linked to the achievement of objectives, a company car, as well as all employee benefits and exclusive discounts available to Meliá Hotels International employees.
