• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), z.B. als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)
• Wünschenswerterweise kannst Du einen Praxisanleiterschein vorweisen und/ oder hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Vermittlung und Unterrichtung von Pflegethemen gesammelt
• Die deutsche Sprache beherrschst Du fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit in allen gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen inkl. MS Teams aus und bist EDV-seitig so erfahren, dass Schulungen im Online- Format mit Kamera möglich sind
• Du brennst sowohl für die Vermittlung von Unterrichtseinheiten als auch für administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Büroalltag
• Deine Begeisterung, Wissen und Kompetenzen weiterzugeben, ist spürbar

• Du entwickelst Unterrichtsformate und Methoden aktiv mit, um neue Lernansätze und Projekte auszuprobieren und sie methodisch umzusetzen
• Du stellst eine verständliche, strukturierte und praxisnahe Vermittlung der Schulungsinhalte sicher und förderst den Austausch sowie die Lernbereitschaft der Teilnehmenden
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team der Akademie zusammen und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Fortbildungsangebote ein.
