She has formerly co-founded the model agency Nine Daughters and a Stereo as the final thesis for her graphic design diploma.

Tomorrow Is Another Day is known for scouting new exclusive talents on the street. Working with international high fashion clients made Tomorrow Is Another Day one of the leading model agencies for editorial, advertising and runway.

Tasks

Join our dynamic team and support our booking department with a wide range of organizational and coordination responsibilities. You will:

• Assist our experienced bookers with booking travel and accommodation for international models
• Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, arrival plans, and on-site schedules
• Ensure models are fully briefed with all necessary information regarding jobs and castings
• Act as the primary point of contact for our models, handling their queries with care and professionalism
• Manage administrational tasks with attention to detail, overseeing jobs from A to Z
• Collaborate with Office Management and Legal to ensure all work permits and documentation are in order
• Provide support in daily office operations and help ensure seamless communication across department

Requirements

• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are a master of multitasking and know how to prioritize effectively
  Fluent English is a must; French is a strong advantage
• You are approachable, adaptable, and enjoy working with people
• Your positive mindset and hands-on attitude help you solve challenges with ease
• Previous experience in the fashion industry, marketing, or tourism is a plus but not required
• A Bachelor’s degree in fashion, marketing, tourism, or a related field may be advantageous
• Flexibility for occasional short-notice evening or weekend work is essential
