Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

Banquet area (1st floor)

• You are the main contact person on site for all conference guests for all matters (technology, food and drinks, general information)
• You ensure that the rooms are set up and prepared according to the function and schedule and with attention to detail
• You coordinate your daily schedule independently and make sure that no coffee break or lunch is forgotten
• You work hand in hand with your colleagues from the events department

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have gained initial experience in gastronomy or service as well as banquet sector
• You know a lot about coffee specialties and you really enjoy trying out new creations
• You are a passionate host & you love chatting with international guests
• You enjoy approaching people
• You not only bring your skills, but also your character
