IP Solution Manager - Enterprise (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities:
- Presale support including quotation, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing, etc.
- Responsible for supporting sales management and customers by establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of Network solutions, including WLAN, switches and Routers, Firewall etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with Enterprise customers and partners.
- Collect and analyze relevant marketing information.
- Enhance customer relationships.
- Promote full range of Huawei IP products and solutions to targeted customers.
- Create and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with post-sales and R&D to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in the fields of Datacom Technology (e.g., switch, router, wifi etc.).
- Having a Huawei HCSX, HCIX certification or another vendor like CCIX certification will be a plus
- At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales working experience in DACH area.
- Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
- Respect and appreciation of customer requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies management services.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
- Good presentation, collaboration, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- Love to work in multicultural working environment
- Language skill requirement: Fluent in both German and English
