Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Senior Business Analyst to join its managed services project in Germany Position/Title: Senior Business Analyst Employment: Full time Contract Type: Fixed-Term Start Date: 11/2026 Location: Dusseldorf, Germany - Onsite Salary Framework: 50,.000 EUR to 60,000 EUR upon experience Contact: Zuni Gonzalez - +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 456 Responsibility: Act as the IT business partner for business groups in the ICT B2B sector, translating business objectives and operational challenges into IT solutions, delivery plans, and improvement initiatives; Lead and coordinate the IT team, prioritize business requirements, allocate resources, and manage delivery timelines, service quality, and stakeholder expectations; Monitor key business and operational metrics, including order intake, backlog, revenue, gross margin, on-time delivery, order fulfillment cycle time, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction, together with IT service and integration performance; Develop regular business reviews, dashboards, and management reports to provide visibility into business performance, operational bottlenecks, and the impact of IT initiatives; Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Delivery, Finance, Customer Service, and central IT teams to support business planning and improve end-to-end processes, particularly order-to-cash; Coordinate EDI and B2B integration with customers, suppliers, and external platforms, covering requirements analysis, data mapping, interface specifications, testing, deployment, and production issue resolution; Identify business opportunities and operational issues through data analysis, investigate root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, data quality, and business performance; Support business case development, define success criteria for new initiatives, and evaluate post-launch adoption, operational benefits, and business outcomes; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise systems, or B2B integration; experience in the ICT industry is preferred; Experience leading a small IT team or coordinating cross-functional project delivery, including prioritization, resource planning, and stakeholder management; Hands-on experience with EDI and B2B integration, including message mapping, interface testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting; familiarity with XML, JSON, APIs, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, AS2, or SFTP; Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, data transformation, data modeling, and the development of reliable reporting datasets; Practical Python development skills for automation, data processing, system integration, and internal business tools; Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and data insights into practical actions; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and team capacity; Fluent in English and Mandarin; German is a plus.
