As a key part of the pre-sales team, you'll help vacation rental homeowners get started with a powerful and innovative solution that streamlines their business and increases their bookings.

What You'll Be Doing

This role focuses on lead qualification, not cold calling, though you may occasionally contact recycled or older leads. You'll reach out to homeowners who have expressed interest in the platform via its app, website, or marketing channels.

• Follow up on leads to gather and verify key property details.
• Ask qualifying questions (property type, number of properties, rental license, pricing, availability).
• Confirm contact information and schedule call-backs for the Sales Managers.
• Record all interactions and insights accurately in the CRM (Pipedrive).
• Ensure all leads are fully pre-qualified before handoff.
• Work with a structured script and criteria to maintain consistency and quality.

Tools & Systems You'll Use

• Aircall – Cloud-based call system for outreach and KPI tracking.
• Pipedrive CRM – Pipeline management and follow-ups.
• Internal dashboards for workflow and performance tracking.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales support, lead qualification, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in German C2 and English.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable using structured scripts and digital tools.
• Tech-savvy, organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Available during the required project schedule.
• Able to work independently after completing training.

Project Shift Hours

Totaling 20 working hours per week (CET):

• Monday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Note: The talent is required to be available for 5 hours of unpaid training, which will be delivered across multiple sessions rather than in a single block.

Technical Requirements

• Wired USB headset (noise-canceling preferred).
• Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload).
• Laptop or desktop computer with:
• Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred).
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Minimum 10 GB available storage.
• Screen resolution: 1920×1080.
• Operating system: Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.
