To support their continued growth, we are looking for an Engineering Manager WTG (m/w/d) with a hands-on mentality and a passion for renewable energy.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package from early project design through to construction and projects under operations. That includes:

• Technical evaluation and selection of suitable WTG manufacturers and models
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of engineering activities related to WTGs
• Support in tenders and contract negotiations with OEMs
• Coordination of technical interfaces with internal departments such as project development, procurement, and construction
• Monitoring of quality, safety, and performance requirements
• Technical support during construction and commissioning of wind farms
• Analysis and evaluation of yield assessments and performance data

What You Bring

We’re looking for a driven and skilled professional who combines deep project expertise with commercial insight and a strong commitment to advancing the energy transition:

• Background in renewable energy, electrical engineering or similar
• Strong technical expertise in WTG design, manufacturing, and installation processes
• Project management experience in the offshore wind industry, with a specific focus on Wind Turbine Generators
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and independent work style
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German a plus
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
