Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months
(Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas) -
Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months

Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month

Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)
