Job Description
For the role of a Senior Staff Business Development Engineer in Renesas’ EMEA Regional Marketing and Core Technology team, we are looking for a technical marketing engineer with master grade in electronics or physics and with a minimum of four years working experience in a similar position in the industry.
Knowledge of MCU and MPU products and application understanding of robotics, motor control, human machine interface and embedded artificial intelligence are of clear advantage.
- Identify key trends and growth markets in EMEA and translate findings into new demo and solution creation for Embedded Processing products (microcontrollers, microprocessors) for Industrial applications
- Managing and onboarding of new relevant ECO system partners
- Give internal and external trainings of solutions and demos
- Represent Renesas at events and fairs and support promotional activities and trainings including those of our distribution partners
- Support design-in activities in close cooperation with sales and field application engineers
- Creation and execution of a Go-To-Market plan
Qualifications
What do we expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the semiconductor industry.
- Open personality and a good team player with good communication skills.
- Technical and commercial understanding of Microcontrollers and Microprocessors and good insight in EMEA’s industrial market and its key applications and trends.
- Used to work self-driven and independently, in an international environment with diverse teams. Willingness to travel national and international.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
