Our client, a global information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Service & Sales) to join their business in Germany.

Qualifications

• Overall, 8-10 years’ experience, including 4+ years in Sales, Service Cloud and 2+ years in role of BA
  

• Experience in Telco CRM
  

• Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to Salesforce
  

• Should be able to analyze client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business
  

• Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team
  

• Give Demo to business
  

• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Communication Cloud (Vlocity) will be added advantage
  

• Experience in JIRA, Confluence
  

• Well versed with Agile
  

• Salesforce Certified
  

• German Language is Mandatory
