About Us

Join our dynamic Cyber Defense team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding METRO. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber defense tooling in the areas of detection & response and vulnerability management .
• Detection & Response Enablement:
  Drive the effectiveness, reliability, and continuous improvement of detection and response technologies to support global Cyber Defense operations.
• Threat Hunting:
  Design and execute hypothesis‑based threat hunts to proactively identify malicious activity, uncover blind spots, and refine detection logic.
• Cyber Defense Integration:
  Collaborate with Security Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure cyber defense capabilities are deeply embedded in daily workflows and processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Work with global teams and partners to enhance the maturity, efficiency, and scalability of cyber defense practices.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  Contribute to team development by sharing insights, lessons learned, and emerging threat trends.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of detection & response methodologies and enterprise cyber defense concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cyber defense capabilities (e.g., detection engineering, vulnerability management, threat hunting), with a total of 8 years of experience, including 3 years in Threat Hunting.
• Ability to translate security signals, threats, and patterns into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term capability development.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or related credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
