Our client, a leading global financial advisory provider,is recruiting for an IT Business Analyst (Data Analysis and Dashboard Development Track) to join their business in Germany. Position Title: IT Business Analyst (Data Analysis and Dashboard Development Track) Position Type: Employment Start Date: August 1st 2025 Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Contact: Zuni Gonzalez | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 456 Responsibility: Requirement Analysis and Communication: Gain in-depth understanding of the needs of business departments in data analysis and visualization, and conduct business research and requirement clarification; Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD); Assist IT SA in defining project priorities and iteration cadence. Data Analysis and Modeling: Collaborate with data engineers and architects to participate in data source organization and data modeling design; Capable of independently conducting preliminary data analysis, data validation, and anomaly troubleshooting using tools such as SQL; Monitor data quality metrics and drive issue resolution. Design and Implementation of Visualization Dashboard: Design and implement data dashboards based on Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or internal enterprise platforms; Possesses a certain level of UX thinking, capable of clearly, concisely, and readably presenting business metrics to business users; Participate in the construction of platform-level data visualization standardization (e.g., indicator definitions, dimension systems, color specifications). Project Management and Delivery Assurance: Manage the progress, quality, and risks of the management dashboard development project, and coordinate resources from multiple parties; Facilitate testing, launch, and user acceptance processes to ensure deliverables meet business expectations; Continuously collect feedback to promote the productization and optimization of data applications.
